Repair can take place in a Brüel & Kjær workshop or on-site for larger solutions such as vibration test systems. To ensure the quality of repairs and to extend the product usage, original tools and spare parts are used.

For vibration test systems, Brüel & Kjær supplies quality spare parts to ensure all components comply with current safety legislation.

All repair comes with:

Before shipping a product or system for repair, please fill in the service request form.

To minimise downtime:

• Specify a maximum price at the time of ordering
• Provide a comprehensive fault description

Recommendations

We can calibrate your product while it is in for repair. To minimise downtime we recommend that you sign up for a maintenance agreement, including an extended warranty.
